Having just taken over the cleaning at our offices, the thing I have been most aware of is that your supervision and monitoring of your cleaners is so much better than our last company. Communication is crucial, but so many companies seem to lose sight of this and just leave their cleaners to “get on with it” having no regular contact with the client and this is where it all falls down.
